On my first night, I decided to dine at the rooftop restaurant. The ambiance was sophisticated, with breathtaking views that enhanced the dining experience. The menu showcased innovative dishes that truly celebrated local flavors. I opted for a seafood paella, which was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was a visual delight-taste and artistry combined. Room service was consistently good and remarkably flexible, allowing me to indulge in late-night treats without hassle. I also had the pleasure of interacting with the friendly staff, notably Daniel at the front desk who promptly addressed any questions. As a foodie from London, I appreciated having free WiFi throughout the hotel, ensuring I could easily explore more dining options nearby, like Cantina La Colonial and Chilakillers, for a more local flavor. Hotsson exceeded my expectations, providing not just a comfortable stay but also a memorable culinary journey.
